  1. I have asked for wisdom many times. In fact I think that when i ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit that wisdom is part of that which comes with the Holy Spirit. I have asked for wisdom concerning career decisions and then had my husband say "no" to the offer. I submitted to his answer because it is wise to submit to your husband as God tells us to do. If he is wrong in the decision he is accountable to God for his actions. It is off my shoulders and placed on his.

  2. I've asked for wisdom many times...especially with decisions on how to deal with certain situations with my boys. Recently I had been praying for Canaan, and for wisdom on what I should say (or not say). Before I could say what was on my mind, I felt the Holy Spirit, in that still small voice, say, "No, pick your battles. Do not say a word right now." I also felt such a peace because I didn't just forge ahead and say the wrong thing

  3. there is not enough space to write the times God has given me wisdom concerning my family, friends, each move we have made, in difficult situations. because we are on leadership in our mission we deal with lots of different things that without His wisdom we could destroy lives. so am I always a wise woman..no but i press toward that mark, the high calling of God for my life to be a courageous wise hearted woman.
